Technical Sales Engineer (TSE)

 

Madrona Digital is currently conducting interviews for the role of Technical Sales Engineer (TSE). The TSE is expected to have their Certified Technology Specialist-Design (CTS-D) from AVIXA or equivalent, verifiable experience. The TSE is also expected to be proficient in a full understanding of installation tasks based on low voltage systems that include but are not limited to audio, video, security, control automation, surveillance, & networking. The TSE will maximize project efficiencies with Madrona Digital endorsed equipment and job specific knowledge. The TSE will follow all appropriate NEC and WAC/RCW codes and attendant changes as they occur.

Technical Project Manager (TPM)

 

Madrona Digital is currently conducting interviews for the role of Technical Project Manager (TPM). The TPM is expected to have their WA State Journeyman EL 06 License. The TPM will maximize company project efficiencies with Madrona Digital endorsed equipment and job specific tools. The TPM is also expected to be proficient in a multitude of installation tasks based on low voltage systems that include but are not limited to audio, video, security, control automation, surveillance, & networking. The TPM is expected to be proficient in product purchasing and maintaining company Price Book. The TPM is expected to have excellent experience at estimating and tracking project hours. The TPM will follow all appropriate NEC and WAC/RCW codes and attendant changes as they occur.

Journeyman Technician (JT)

 

The JT is expected to have their WA State Journeyman EL 06 License. The JT is also expected to be proficient in a multitude of installation tasks based on low voltage systems that include but are not limited to audio, video, security, control automation, surveillance, & networking. The JT is expected to encourage growth of apprentice technicians through education and mentoring. The JT will maximize project efficiencies with Madrona Digital endorsed equipment and job specific tools. The JT will follow all appropriate NEC and WAC/RCW codes and attendant changes as they occur.

Apprentice Technician (AT)

 

Madrona Digital is currently conducting interviews for the role of Apprentice Technician (AT). The AT is expected to have their WA State L&I Electrical Apprentice Card & WA State Drivers’ License. The AT is expected to complete simple tasks assigned to them by Technician or Lead Technician. These tasks include but are not limited to loading/unloading the van or vehicles, cleaning the jobsite, pulling wire, installation of equipment as directed by Technician, or Lead Technician and following direction from Technician or Lead Technician at all times. The AT is expected to follow through with all appropriate Apprentice Card required Continuing Educations hours. The AT is expected to continually fill the Qualifications Checklist culminating in 4,000 hours of on-the-job experience installing, programming, testing and troubleshooting of low voltage systems. The AT will follow all appropriate NEC and WAC/RCW codes and attendant changes as they occur.
